You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User content

You may create and share content, including:

• Messages
• Runs and activity descriptions

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

5. Visibility of content

• Profile information and created runs may be visible to other users
• Run meeting locations may be shared with participants
• Messages are visible only within the relevant run or group

You are responsible for what you choose to share.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate another person
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Safety and real-world interactions

The Service enables users to connect and arrange activities that may involve meeting in person.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate in any activity entirely at your own risk
• All runs and events are organized by users, not by us
• We do not organize, supervise, or control any user activities
• We do not verify user identities or backgrounds
• We make no guarantees regarding the safety, behavior, or suitability of any user

You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions, including choosing where and how to meet others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, loss, damage, including serious injury, assault, or death, arising from interactions between users or participation in activities arranged through the Service.

8. Reporting and moderation

Users can report users and messages.

We may:

• Review reported content
• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts

We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may take action where appropriate.

9. Location-based features

The Service uses location data to suggest nearby runs and participants.

• Locations shown within the Service may include precise meeting points
• Location data is used to enable functionality but may not always be accurate

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data or outcomes resulting from reliance on such information.

10. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob).

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

11. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
